Adversary air services
REPLICATING HIGH-END AIR COMBAT THREATS
Top Aces delivers advanced adversary air services that replicate realistic enemy threats in live-force training. Our experienced veteran military pilots operate high-performance legacy fighter aircraft equipped with modern capabilities such as Active Electronically Scanned Array (AESA) radar, Infrared Search and Track (IRST), Helmet-Mounted Cueing Systems (HMCS), electronic attack systems, secure data links, and a range of other advanced sensors.
Combining combat-proven expertise, sophisticated threat replication, and advanced technology, Top Aces provides air forces with the most realistic, challenging training to enhance readiness, tactics development, and mission effectiveness in today's complex operational environments.
In addition to supporting air force training, Top Aces provides maritime support services, including anti-ship missile threat simulation, ship air-defence training, and integrated joint-force exercises.
Close air support training
PREPARING GROUND FORCES FOR THE LATEST THREATS
Through Blue Air Training, a Top Aces company, Top Aces delivers mission-focused Close Air Support (CAS) training for Joint Terminal Attack Controllers (JTACs) and Fires professionals. Recognized as a trusted provider to U.S. and allied forces, Blue Air Training offers an integrated training continuum that combines classroom instruction, simulation, practical exercises, and live-fly aircraft.
Operating a fleet of dedicated CAS platforms, including the OV-10, PC-9, A-90, and IAR, the company delivers realistic, scenario-based training that develops critical terminal attack control, coordination, and communication skills, preparing personnel to operate effectively in complex and evolving threat environments.
Tactical drone training
TRAINING FORCES TO EMPLOY AND COUNTER DRONES
Top Aces prepares ground forces to understand, employ, and counter drone-enabled threats through integrated small unmanned aircraft system (sUAS) training and realistic adversary threat replication. Our training builds proficiency through tactical sUAS employment, adversary-style replication, force protection, and air-ground integration – delivered through scenario-based missions that reflect the environments where small drones now shape detection, targeting, movement, survivability, and tactical decision-making.
Aircraft modification & sustainment
MAINTAINING MISSION-READY FIGHTER AIRCRAFT
Top Aces maintains and sustains one of the world's largest privately owned fleets of tactical fighter aircraft through extensive in-house maintenance, engineering, and modification capabilities.
Our expertise spans heavy maintenance, structural repairs, avionics integration, engine testing, and aircraft upgrades, enabling the long-term operation of complex legacy fighter platforms.
With the in-house capability to perform these critical functions, we maximize fleet availability, accelerate innovation, and ensure the reliability and performance required to deliver advanced airborne training at scale.

Pilot & maintenance training
PREPARING AIR FORCES TO OPERATE AND SUSTAIN THE F-16
Top Aces delivers comprehensive F-16 pilot and maintenance training to allied air forces worldwide. Having built and operated the world's only commercial F-16 fleet, we provide the expertise required to establish, sustain, and grow F-16 capabilities.
Our services range from maintenance training, technical instruction, and field support to pilot qualification, mission training, flight lead upgrades, and instructor pilot development. Training can be delivered at our dedicated F-16 schoolhouse in Mesa, Arizona, or in-country through deployable mobile training teams tailored to each customer's operational requirements.
Technology & live/synthetic capabilities
ADVANCING NEXT-GENERATION AIR COMBAT TRAINING
Top Aces delivers advanced operational training through the integration of live and synthetic capabilities. At its core is the Advanced Aggressor Mission System™ (AAMS), our open-architecture aircraft mission system that enables rapid capability upgrades and realistic threat replication.
Top Aces' AI-driven Constructive Wingman™ creates high-fidelity adversary and allied forces within live environments, increasing training complexity without additional aircraft. The acquisition of Select Global International (SGI) further enhances these capabilities with proven simulator expertise, strengthening our integrated live, virtual, and constructive (LVC) training architecture.
Top Aces is also advancing next-generation training concepts that incorporate autonomous collaborative platforms (ACPs), providing insight into human-machine teaming, systems integration, and the future requirements of air combat training.
